I remember finding my first bottle also, actually there were 3 on the shelf. I was VERY new to bourbon, and knew nothing of rye. Needless to say, they all stayed on the shelf..DOH!!!!
My exact feelings as well. I've only had 1 bottle of yellow label (it's been open 6 months, unheard of in my house ) and it still sucks. There are several budget bourbons that I enjoy, never again...
