OGD 114 is top-notch in my book, though I really favor the older BIB or 86's from National Distillers. A great pour for the money, but not up to snuff with the '80s expressions.
Maybe there is something wrong with me...my first three pours of the night take less than an hour, and my head never hits the porceline shrine.
My top two favorite bourbons which can be purchased in my area for a price point not exceeding $.02 per ml would have to be:
Old Charter 12yo (just makes the cut if bought in 1.75ml bottle)

Oh Baker's...my Baker's...the bourbon I call a true friend. Never fails to please. One of the BEST of the small batches.
