On the Texas ABC website, one can export a list of retail liquor package stores into an Excel spreadsheet. It's a flexible tool; you can create list by counties, cities, show just current license, include expired licenses, etc.
From an Excel spreadsheet, you should be able to import to a GPS device. I export this information into Microsoft Streets and Trips program for my mapping needs.
While I don't have a GPS, I've used, probably, the next closest thing, Google maps.
It's been essential for my dusty hunting. And yes, I do keep me treasure maps in me daily planner. Yo ho ho!
