Lagavulin 16 just hit the bin after I a nice double-pour to finish her off. In my top 5 of pours I crave regularly.

I'll second that. Lagavulin is a favorite of mine. I have about a quarter of a bottle of 16 left. I haven't finished it off, because it's sometimes hard to get in my area.

Ardbeg Uigeadail gave its last pour. Cloudy, rich and smokey. I love the proof on this as well. It will be missed and not replaced very soon for budgetary reasons

Tonight finished a bottle of Rosebank 13yo, sherry cask, Whisky Galore bottling. Nice stuff, but not sure if it's $78 nice, so it may not be replaced...

Finished my first bottle of Caol Ila: Connoiseurs Choice 1997. Very impressive, though expensive. I will seek out more expressions from this distillery.
