I found a bartender in Houston that makes a great cocktail. He was working a kinda BBQ place called Beavers. The bar had about 7 seats and the atmosphere was not that great, but the drinks were. The good news is that this bartender, Bobby Heugel, is opening up his own place called Anvil.

I found his website and wanted to post link here. He has a good knowledge of Bourbon and Rye and has some very interesting articles on the website, like Smoked Sazerac Rye and Red Hook recipes.
