    value of an old whiskey bottle

    Just got someone who told me they have a 1829 black dee whiskey bottle(full not empty I have no idea what it may be worth.

    well this guy said that he wants to sell it to me. Problem is I have no idea what is a fair price I should pay him.

    $20 if its clear and drinkable...value of glass (10 cents in Mich) if its dark and undrinkable ...

    I was thinking it would probably be at least $2K given that its french and freakin 150+ years old.
