Killed off the last 1/3 of my first Centennial last night. I gotta say that it was easy and hard at the same time! When I first opened that bottle I was underwhelmed, but by the end I was thinking about it ahead of everything else in my cabinet. Luckily, I have a little backstock bunkered and some more on the way.

Finished off my first bottle of Buffalo Trace last night...will purchase another today...very good stuff!

Is BT a 4 year old bourbon?

I like the last pour better than the first.

Still tastes more like Irish than American to me.

Drained the last of the WR Sweet Mash. An OK whiskey but nothing remarkable. Having said that, I hope master distiller Chris Morris continues to experiment.
