The organ. Though I use a clone organ (Nord Electro 2) for most live gigs and some recording, I record most often with my 1963 B-3. I'm incurably hooked on the Hammond sound...

Hey Todd, one of the ways I separate out a barkeep is to order Bourbon on the rocks with a lemon twist. If the drink comes back with a slice of lemon the guy doesn't know his trade.

    Welcome Todd!
I also started as a bourbon and coke guy and this site certainly has enough info to expand those horizons. As a cheesehead, you have to like the old fashioneds.

P.S. - That's a fine mustard museum you have there.

Oddly enough, the Mustard Museum is going away, moving to nearby Middleton. I've actually never been in that place, believe it or not...
