    I'm cooking chile verde in the Dutch Oven right now.

    Onions
    Celery
    Tomatillo
    Garlic

    Pork tenderloin (had it on hand or I'd use butt)
    Homebrew Hefeweizen
    Homemade pasilla vinegar sauce

    Very simple to make
