OF Repeal Pen

I read in a couple places the OF Repeal Bourbon set comes with a OF pen. Mine didnt have a pen did yours?

I have bought two of them and still no pin. If I remember correctly I believe at first they were going to package it with a pin but went with a copy of the repeal. I would have rather had the pin.
