I enjoyed the comments of What Would Be Your Last Drink? It prompted me to think of not our favorites that usually are some of the most expensive, but if we had to spend our last $15 on a bottle of booze, what would it be? I would like to hear comments/feelings on our favorite affordable/everyday pours. For me "The Turk" rules! It doesn't matter-I'll take the 80 or the 101. Something about that yummy woody flavor that I taste. I'm anxious to hear everyones thoughts. See ya, H'wood

Since $15 bucks won't get you very far at PA liquor stores, I'd go for a pint of Knob Creek. I'd be enjoying a damn good whisky and would have enough of it to prepare me to meet the Grim Reaper.

There's not many "fifth" bottles of bourbon that I can get around here for 15 bucks or less. The only one that fits the bill and is also worth it's weight in gold would be Very Old Barton BIB. That would be my pick. Perhaps Evan Williams 7 yr. would be a runner-up.
