I like EWSB better than EC12, but I think EC12 is the quintessential HH pour.

I like anything better than EC 12

Very surprisingly I found the EW 23 to be the best HH I have tasted so far. I had sat my mind before tasting that it should be far over age but it surely wasn’t.

I would exclude any of the Parker's, not because they aren't great, but because they aren't widely or readily available.

To me, consistently the best example of Heaven Hill's best, that is available just about everywhere and available all of the time, is Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage.
