The interest in products from craft distilleries is growing to the point where this San Francisco retailer, Cask, is hanging its hat on featuring them, even though it carries all of the normal stuff too. Like consumers, though, they're not quite able to distinguish between actual craft-made products, such as Hudson Baby Bourbon and Wasmunds Malt Whiskey, and the non-distiller producer products like Templeton.



. The nose is a strange floral perfume and the taste is week. My money is on the Kopper Kettle out of Virginia (which I have a glass of right now). Does any one know why Belmont Farms has decided to sell?
