The one with the guy in a kilt quietly, very quietly, ordering "bourbon, rocks" really made me smile. I recon that sort of thing happens more than hard core malt maniacs would like to admit.

Bruichladdich actually had an event where they filled a car with whisky instead of gas to oppose the taxation of alcohol in Scotland. The car did operate quite nicely.
