    Home-Made Wild Turkey 12 Year-Old?

    What's to keep someone from special-ordering a mini-size barrel with #4 char, buying a couple of cases of WT 101, and conducting an experiment of approximately six years duration?

    If you have the money for the barrel and the whiskey , nothing! I believe Julian posted to that effect somewhere in here. Chuck may have been on the post also .
