Sparingly in the summer. Usually neat, but I'm not adverse to adding a controlled amount of water.

99% of the time neat. Sometimes to experiment I will slowly dilute all the way down to about 50 proof with room temp bottled water. But thats only if I'm bored.

I do try them neat at first and then put in water if I think it is necessary. In the 2008 I did put in some water in Stagg and very little in Handy as well. The rest tasted best neat to my personal taste,
