Show Us Your Stash -- Volume 3.0 (The Subliminal Verses)

I finally got enough bottles to post here, although I know my stash is unimpressive by comparison. Not pictured is an opened PVW (in an old W12 bottle) and a 2nd GTS (on its way). WA state is no longer a control state but I'm sure he gets it like how some of us supplement the lack of selection in our state with other sources.

Yeah but how can you resell it without the proper channels?

Very nice! I envy you for having that WT 8 year. I've been hunting for over a year and a half and have yet to come up with either and 8 or a 12 year.

Re: Show Us Your Stash -- Volume 3.0 (The Subliminal Verses)

A few bottles are open. I actually think the open MM was my father in law's (inherited, RIP)

why 2 unopened RR? got one signed by Jimmy at Binny's in 2011
JD 1B is from Sam's, the old Chicago wine/liquor store that Binny's bought

some Four Roses, including several Binny's single barrels; don't know which recipe they are

Wow! Didn't know I had another Hirsch.

some van Winkle products...that's a Pappy 23 in the black bag
between the two red bags of Pappy 20. and a Pappy 15 in paper (?)

one of the 15's is for my son on his 21st birthday, signed by Julian in 2007;code on back is S1920709:42

got a Pappy 20 signed for me, too

some Rye, thought I had only one vW; another pleasant surprise

gonna "bore" you with some Scotch, too
some oldies. The HP 30 isn't open--why is that? The black HP is 33 yrs old.

    Glenlivet Archive 21 yr old

some HP. who can resist a water pitcher bonus w/ a bottle of Scotch?

Lagavulin. The 16's are from before the "shortage" from several years ago when they ran out. Guess I'm not the drinker I thought I was.

    a few others
Pig's Nose is a blend; it was a gift. It's supposed to be "smooth as a pig's nose".
Note Old Potrero Single Malt Whiskey--with an "e", because it's made in the USA (Anchor Distilling Co. part of Anchor Brewing & Distilling--they also make Anchor Steam Beer)
