Re: Show Us Your Stash -- Volume 3.0 (The Subliminal Verses)

I have a bit of an inability to get a new bottle without trying it, so I have lots of open bottles and not so many not open, so this post could pretty much qualify for "What's Open on Your Bar?" too.

Not much to say about these that hasn't already been said

The Willetts are 7yr/116 and 9yr/127.4. I was really happy to get the second PHC 2010, I think it's an amazing pour.

Clearly I am partial to peat.

"Drink us!" for whatever reason (easily replaced, standard pours, stuff I would like to be gone, etc) - this is the eye level shelf. Booker's just moved down from the top shelf, I've had that bottle a long time and I'll get to know it a little better before it's gone. My giant Buffalo Trace is about to give up the ghost too.

The age-stated OWA is the first bottle I ever bunkered. 3 WTR101s recently joined it; I might pick up a few more of those.

Agave spirits and a bottle of brandy. That Del Maguey Vida mezcal is great. So is Siete Leguas tequila.

    A few more random bottles.

Notably absent from my shelves are any Four Roses products. Hopefully I will get a chance to rectify that situation soon.

20 year aged Grappa from Florence, Italy

    Lots of bitters

    In the Bunker:

VWFRR - my precious jewel Rye...need more of this stuff

    Old Overholt - 1953 opened
Old Overholt - 1949 still sealed - both from original Broadford, PA distillery

Well I finally did a little organizing and got to a point where I could take some pictures of part of my stash.
