Just finished reading this new book by Bill Owens and Alan Dikty. It gives a overview of the distilling process, describes the different types of stills and how they work, and details how various types of spirits are made. It also includes profiles of many "craft distillers" and their wares. Includes lavish photographs and original drawings. Recommended.
