Is it really that bad? The bourbon Early Times exports is my usual pour. My favorite 80 proofer. ...beats the 80 proof Beam White, Four Roses Yellow Label, even Rittenhouse 80 IMHO, and Ezra Brooks 90 as well.
...
We just had a short pour of Henry McKenna Single Barrel 10 y.o BIB- barrelled 5/19/92. So nice...full bodied, vanilla and leather. Man, that was tasty, ... went down way too fast. Damn.
... and now as usual, ETKSBW (admittedly somewhat to mitigate costs) ...It's, same as always, good ... younger, a little hotter, vanilla is still there, no leather, not so complex (by a long shot) but just fine.
I've drunk a whole lot of this, and very rarely ever gotten a hangover.
...s'all good.
