Re: Empty Bottle Support Group Winter 2009-10

With a sad heart, I just put down a 2005 Saz 18. This was a terrific bottle.

It almost makes me ache that it possibly will be ground up, re-melted, and re-formed into a Bourbon Supreme bottle.

I feel your pain. The 2005 Saz was my favorite, and I only got about a quarter of a bottle that a friend of mine gave me. He was quite generous to give me the last quarter of a bottle, but I sure wish I could find one in the store somewhere.

Re: Empty Bottle Support Group Winter 2009-10

It's been a hard week. It's taken me a long time to get to the point where I can admit this, but I finished off my only bottle of 4R SBBS 2009. I...I don't know how I'll go on. Luckily I do still have my Binny's bottle and the 40th anniversary bottle and two full bottles of 2009 Mariage. I think I'll make it.

I also finished off bottles of EWSB 1997 and current WTRB. Now, I'll have to slum it with EWSB 1994 and a 99 WTRB.

    What a world.

Would I try to pull one over on such a dangerous man as the big dog?! I got one for you and one for me. The bourbon leprechaun will swing by your place this week and drop it off.

I had a small pour of ERSB 10/90 when I got home from work. As luck would have it, a small pour was all that was left. Today was garbage day, so the recycle bin only has one item in it for now. Joe
