I'm not a lawyer (nor do I play on on TV), but I agree there may be legal issues with a forum openly trading spirits. The man always wants taxes on any spirits transaction and trading across state lines, especially to those with laws prohibiting such transportation, would be an issue. And then having forum posts that document said transactions......well, you get the point.

I have a friend in Canada that I am wanting to send a bottle to. Her selection is very limited. I was planning on asking the post office first, but since this thread was opened it may be better to ask it here and not waste the trip. Should I expect the ATF knocking on my door?
