I have not tried any Corsairs offerings yet. I was tempted on the Absinthe, pretty color.

I was able to try their Red Absinthe when I visited Corsair last June. I had never had it before it was fantastic. They had some barrels of Rye when i was there a few different size IIRC. Can't wait to try some.

I am always leary of 100 percent anything when it comes to whiskey. It means that is is not natural. Malt is the only way to go. Too many micro distilleries are trying to screw things up.

You can malt rye. I don't know if that's what they are doing or not.

It is in fact 100% malted rye. And let me tell you, it is a pain to work with in the Mash Lauder Tun.
