Louisville's Impellizzeri's Pizza has created what appears to be the world's first "Kentucky Bourbon Hot Brown Pizza" using Four Roses Bourbon. Check it out - Bourbon Pizza

A few years back, another pizzeria in Louisville - Tony BoomBozz did another style of Bourbon Pizza.

If you live near Louisville or you're visiting the area for Bourbon festival next week, I recommend you try it! It will be around through October.

For the record, though the hot brown is a Kentucky original and a great dish, it doesn't contain bourbon.
