Yeah, it was a 17 yr 7 month OC barrel from '93 I think. The price has gone up I guess. I think I saw it marked at $65.

I bought an '06 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon for $30 and left the '04 on the shelf. Kinda like it and wonder if I should go back for the '04.

I passed on a Parker's 27 that was marked down to 136 from 170 (still not low enough), same place has the 10 year Wheat for 75 still so hopefully that'll get marked down eventually. Also had some VWFRR that I'm probably going to have to go back for. Did grab a WT Rye for $17, nice price.

That's right, also passed up the new Knob Creek 120. It was priced at $38 which isn't bad, but I'm just not buying that one until I've tasted it.

No sir, it is not. I believe it is somewhere in Wisconsin and one of these days I'll go get some, but I wasn't as enamored with it as many are the 2 times I tasted it. That doesn't mean I wouldn't like a whole bottle to work through and see if my opinion changes though.

I would need a bottle also, yes, perhaps several, just to make sure.

If it makes you feel any better I passed on WLW and GS at $80 and PVW 15 at $65 too. On the dark side I also passed on a Highland Park 18 at $89 and Ardbeg 10 at $39. Saving up for the PHC wheater among others.
