Friday was Four Roses SB with ice and water.

Finally got around to trying the WRMC Maple Finish. Not sure I'm a fan at this point, I'll need to give it a try another night.

I bought a mini of Evan Williams Honey Reserve and I didn't care for the taste neat the other day - Seemed like honey vodka. But tonight I mixed in about an ounce of it with some chamomile tea and it was very good.

Haven't had a WTRB open for a few months so I brought out a W-T-02-95 from the bunker box. I successfully dug out the snapped and crumbled cork leaving only one piece drunkenly floating on the top. After an outstanding first 15 ml, I had to prove once again, that for me WT never takes well, to even a few drops of water. So I diluted the remaining 30 ml from 109 proof to 100 proof and on cue the alcohol, heat and bitterness took over all the delicious caramel, honey, vanilla and other flavors. Of course another pour at bottle proof in now needed .

Finished off a bottle of ORVW 10/90. Not as nice as the 10/107 but I'll take it when the other is not available.

A pour of ORVW 15/107 to start the night...man I don't know that a better pour has passed my lips. I followed that up with a OWA NAS private bottling done by Kenwood Liquors. While it's not a fair fight against the ORVW 15 for the $17.99 a bottle that the were asking it's one heck of a deal...I'll probably grab another bottle or two next time I'm in the area.

I'm pondering a EWSB 2000 to close out the night but I think the eucalyptus will just throw me off. Hell it's only 11:00 I have time to decide.
