Just said goodbye to a bottle of 2010 Stagg. I don't really measure the amount of water that I pour into a slug of Stagg, but when I got the dilution just right, I swear I could taste marshmallows in this whiskey. It was really nice stuff.

Killed a WTRR 101 tonight...I open a bottle of WT every Thanksgiving and this was the bottle that I opened last year. I need to figure out what I'm going to open this year...I'm thinking a WTKS Pewter will be the target!

My Four Roses Small Batch bit the dust tonight. Really like this bourbon, not quite as much as the single barrel, but still very good.
