    Rye vs. Wheat content

Hey guys do you know if there is any handy chart which lists bourbons by their rye vs wheat content? I've read a few posts regarding predominatly rye or wheat Bourbons, but thought maybe I could find a list with percentage.

    Thanks for all the knowledge.

Most distilleries keep their mashbills secret.
Four Roses uses two mashbills one of 35% rye the other 20%.
See post #22 in the link below for further detail.

Buffalo Trace also uses two mashbills I'm not sure of the percentages, maybe someone else will chime in.
That is 2 for their ryed bourbons. They also have a wheated recipe.

If you're looking for exact percentages I would check out Gary Regan's The Book of Bourbon and The World Atlas of Whisky: More Than 350 Expressions Tasted - More Than 150 Distilleries Explored by David Broom. I believe they list the percentages if the distilleries were willing to give them out. Unfortunately, I don't have either one to help you out.
