190 - Mount Gay Extra Old Rum

This one sounds like a definite pick up ...must think summer, think summer...
I love the idea of experimenting with combinations of whiskey and rum...
he used scotch but I think a rye and rum would be very interesting.
I have some Appleton Reserve so I intend to do a little experimenting.

I tried some Appleton Estate Extra 12 with an equal measure of Rittenhouse 100...quite tasty. I really think the flavors complement each other...
