Drank some Stella today as I walked around underneath the tall Georgia pines at Augusta National. I usually like Stella, and the setting today made it that much more enjoyable!

Belhaven Wee Heavy and Arcadia's Loch Down, a well-crafted Scotch ale that's worth seeking out. I really enjoy Arcadia's beers but can never seem to find their entire line of products here in Chicago, though the ones we do get are terrific (their London Porter and IPA are especially good).

Well, this spring I’m starting to change from Dogfish Head to other varieties, as it was announced that they were going to stop distributing Dogfish Head in my state, so I have been drinking Several offerings from Boulevard Brewing, like their Tank 7, and the Dark truth Stout, and the Double wide IPA. Also, I have been drinking Sierra Nevada, Pale Ale, Glissade Golden Bock, and Stone Brewing Company, Arrogant Bastard Ale, Double Bastard Ale. Three Floyds Brewing company Alpha King, have been my most recent, with the last few of my Midas Tough, and Palo Santo Maroon by dogfish head.
I have plans to get some of my local Peoples Brewing Company’s Offerings, and Sun King Brewing Co’s beers, and revisit the Lafayette Brewing Co’s lineup, to see if/how much my taste has changed. The only problem I’m having with these are timing and being able to get to them.
Too many beers too little time.
Founders Imperial stout last evening.... big, rich, black, chocolate and espresso.... another winner from this brew house...
