Was able to pick up 2 more Van Winkle Ryes... and @ $29.99 a bottle, I am still grinning from ear to ear!

When I heard the total I asked the clerk twice if she was ringing up both bottles... "yup 29.99 each"

My oldest is 4 and 1/2 years old. He also mixes up his 2s and 5s. Great score, man!!

Bought a bottle of Four Roses Small Batch. I don't think I've ever had it. The Single Barrel is ok, in my opinion. But I saw here on SB that the Small Batch is a different recipe than the one used for the Single Barrel.

Bought some PHC 2010 yesterday. I've not been buying this because I don't like spending that much on a bottle, but decided to go ahead and get some since I missed out on the WLW this year. Also picked up a couple more bottles of EW eggnog.

But of course....they had 2 more bottles on the shelf, possibly more in the back. I was tempted to grab 3 cause he said they only had that, the 12 year, and the PVW23. But then he surfaced with a 20, so made that my 3pk.

I was in the parking lot when he flipped the "open" sign on, he knew what I was there for.

Some of yall are getting some killer deals this week on mis pricing, I never get lucky with that. Guess it makes up for me getting lucky with all the bottles everyone else has trouble getting, at least the stuff in the last 4-5 years. Id trade that a couple times for prices like that. Jealous and good job.

Well I actually had my choice....decided to stay with known SW stuff rather than getting the BT PVW.
