Old Bardstown 101

I saw this at my local store the other day and was wondering what others here on the forum thought about it.

Is it still 10 years old? How's the overall quality? Anything outstanding about the taste that I should look out for?

The current release is now an NAS. And it's just so-so. A bit too dry for me. Some people here hate it.

I think it's a likable pour for the price. Like White Dog said, it's really, really dry; with upfront rye spice and a very short finish. Sort of a no-nonsense budget sipper and I will consider replacing my bottle for sure.

I picked one up in Waco today for $18. I'm probably going to open it in a little bit

So, according to comments it looks like it might be a good-quality, high proof pour without a whole lot going on in the taste area, but perhaps enjoyable all the same.

I may pick up a bottle today and give it a shot or two...
