Looking for gift to add to husband's collection

Hi, just joined to get some ideas on other bottles I can add to my husband's collection. He's a Woodford Reserve or Blanton's guy for common consumption. His "special occassion" bourbon collection currently consists of Woodford Grand Reserve and a bottle of Pappy that he is hoarding. I'm looking to add another special bottle to his collection for Christmas and was hoping you experts my have some suggestions on what to consider. Would like it to be something different than what he already has. Thanks in advance!!

Here's a couple of my suggestions.

1) Since he likes Pappy as a special bottle, I would suggest Parker's Heritage 4th Release (Wheat). It can still be found on some shelves and is an excellent wheater.

2) Since he is partial to Woodford, I might suggest looking at picking up a Woodford Master Collection Maple Finish. You should be able to find it on a shelf for $90-$100.

Everyone has a different palate, so just for a different take: I have a bottle of Woodford Maple Finish, and dislike it a fair amount.

Another suggestion would be a bottle from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC). If you can find them on a retailer's shelf they should cost between $80-$100 per bottle. My personnal preference in order is George T. Stagg, William Larue Weller, Sazerac 18, Thomas H. Handy, Eagle Rare 17.

If you can find a bottle, Parker's Heritage Golden Anniversary would make a nice gift.

I second Tom's first choice. The 10yr PHC Wheater is very hard to beat.

I also like the suggestion of the 2010 Parker's Heritage Collection 10 year wheated bourbon. I think the Colonel E.H. Taylor Sour Mash Bottled In Bond would be a good second bottle, or alternative choice though. Joe

I would suggest the WRMC Rye collection that is out now.

If you find a PHC 10 wheated he will be most happy.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions! You've given me several that sound like he would enjoy them! Off to do some sleuthing to see what I can find.
