I didn't realize aged whiskey was a problem.

I'll admit to trying some "unconventional" drinks but at $30. for
a bottle of 80 proof whatever it is, I'll probably pass.

Being a far cry from a connoisseur with my whiskey experince still limited to few brands, I can say that it's the barrel that makes the spirit "whiskey."
Grains, mash, water, stills are all important ok, but without what the barrel gives a whiskey during that maturation period, I don't think it will deserve to be called "whiskey" at all.

The "Bottle" and "Font" design sections on their website are a real hoot...

I wrote about this when it first came out in November, here. For all intents and purposes, it's vodka, but whiskey is cool now so they figured out a way to put 'whiskey' on the label. I haven't tasted in but feel safe in saying it's crap.

Compared to this stuff, Canadian whisky is George T. Stagg.

I think it's funny how they technically qualify to be a blended whiskey but use "spirit" whiskey as if it somehow sounds better. Same with Rebecca Creek
