It's around here for $50, and I did indeed pass. I don't notice that much of a difference between the 10 and 12 year.

I definitely notice the difference in proof. Lot B isn't strong enough to present the same richness for its age.

Outrageous prices man. I paid $33 for ORVW 10/107, and $42 for LotB.

That is ridiculous.

Here in central Kentucky the 10/90 goes for a little under $30, the 10/107 for a little over $30, the Lot B for about $45-50, the 20yr for right around $100 and the 23yr for about $220. And this is Kentucky, where everybody and their mom is looking for anything Pappy!

I bought a few bottles of the Lot B this year and I think for the price, the 10/107 is a better deal. The Pappy 15 is in a different league imo and isn't much more than the Lot B in retail pricing. I passed on an offer for Lot B for $60 but am buying as much Pappy 15 as I can for under $70.

Pappy 15 is also $45, I think. The 20 year old is like $80-90, and the 23 is pretty expensive, close to $200.

You'll never find these, of course, unless you are on a list, but it demonstrates just how much of a markup wholesalers and retailers are charging. It's insane. I know they complain about how much they have to deal with, but retailers must be making a huge, huge profit per bottle.

I think at the prices this store wants that they are going to sit for a while.

I found the 10/90 and 10/107 for $39 at Total Wine in Phoenix while home for the holidays and thought that was cheap, but you guys sure have some better deals.

The cheapest I found the Lot B for in San Diego is $79, the cheapest for the 15 is $99 and the 20 years for $129, plus add the high CA taxes on top of that.

For me the Lot B didn't represent a good middle point between the ORVW 10/107 and the Pappy 15.

ORVW 10/107 was $40, Lot B was $55 and Pappy 15 was $70 here in LA. The Rye was $70 as well. Tried each one and the Lot B was very underwhelming relative to the others.

Pappy 15 was amazing, ORVW was really good, as was the Rye and Lot B tasted watered down and muted. It must not just be me, because I have still seen 5-6 bottles of Lot B sitting on the shelf for the past 4 weeks after I got mine. ORVW 10/107 is gone (though 10/90 was still there), VWFRR stayed for a few weeks, but the straggling bottles disappeared over the course of 3 days in early Jan. Guess I should have bought another...there's always next season/year.
