Finished off a Weller 12 last night. There's plenty more where that come from, thankfully.

Said goodbye to a bottle of 18 YO wheated Willett, named "Cherry Bomb." I picked it up a couple of years ago in D.C. thanks to the kindness of another SB member who directed me to some great stores in the city. It ranked among my favorite old wheaters and I enjoyed it as much as many recent WLW bottlings. Not as much as the 2006 WLW, which at least in my memory, was the all-time old wheater blockbuster, but it was terrific stuff.

Discharged an 86 proof Barton
Emptied a bottle of OWA that I've had for a few months. Stuff got pretty damn good after being open and roughly half full for a few weeks.
Polished off a VOB BIB last night. Thankfully, there's another waiting in the wings.

I emptied (thankfully) a 2009 OFBB today, clearing space on my shelf for 2 or 3 more bottles. Incidentally, I passed on the 2012 edition today as well, although I may go back for it later.

Hancock's Pres. Resv.TPS selection I wasn't very impressed upon first opening this bottle, but it grew on me to reveal loads of fruit more so than probably any bourbon I've ever had in the past.Pretty good stuff!
