If we can figure out who they bought it from you can buy other whisky from that maker for considerably less money. KBD occasionally bottles some good stuff but they charge alot to add their label.

The Vintage can definitely be worth it at the right price, and the single barrels can be good value too as I believe they are almost always non chill filtered and barrel proof. At least I've had good luck with most of those.

The timing of your post was something else. I too, just finished an 07 WLW. Hated to see that one go. One of my all time favorites. I also recently opened bottles of Lot B and Pappy 15 amongst other things. The Lot B might not be around much longer either.Cheers! Joe

Killed a few off last night including ETL,AAA TPS and an OWA.All everyday pours and will at least be easily replaced.
