Said goodbye to a bottle of JW Dant BIB (early 80's vintage) Saturday night that I really enjoyed. Some of my friends found it too astringent but I thought it was mighty fine.

My EWSB 2000 went the way of the dodo bird last night. Now, I am going to have to do some searching for another (in my basement).

I finished a Weller 12 that was distilled in 92 bottled in 05. Great to the last drop.

I recently said goodbye to a bottle of FrankenWeller. It was a vatting of old-label OWA, Weller 12, and WLW 2010. I really liked it a lot and wish I'd paid more attention to the ratios of each Weller as I combined them. Oh well, next time.

I've taken a Weller 12 liter bottle with about 375ml remaining and added roughly 375ml of OWA and 250ml of WLW 2009 (worked out to about 107 proof). If I had enough 12 left I'd do it again.

Tucker, thanks very much for the tip. Next time, I'll start with your ratios.

A 375ml bottle of WTRB (W-T-01-99) gave up its last pour in chat last night.

Still thinning the herd. Adios to VOB BIB and AAA BIB. Only one bottle of the latter left and I doubt I'll find any more, at least not in these parts.
