I had to lay to rest my dark wood bottle of WTKS this evening. An absolutely great bottle and a great find. It will be missed.
Said goodbye to a bottle of EC12.
Angel's Envy - just OK for me, not going to miss it.
Put a bottle of TPS Willett 17yr wheated to rest with one last huge pour. Wish I had bought more when I had the chance.
Last night a friend and I killed a few bottles with a bit in each. Jim Beam Black, Crown Royal, and a Bushmill's Black Bush. They were great while they lasted....Farewell

Since I have not been at this bourbon thing for very long, I just emptied my first bourbon bottle last night - Vintage 17 Bourbon (rye mashbill). No worries, as I have the wheated version to take its place.
I said good bye to a bottle of ETL SB last night.
There was only one left in her and I really enjoyed it.
Finished a handle of VOB. Fortunately, there is another one. And even better, when my wife went digging around on the bottom shelf of our liquor cabinet, she found two, count them, two bottles of Old Ezra 101 and a bottle of EW SB that I had forgotten I had. Life is good.
If God made anything better than bourbon he must have kept it for Hisself.
