    Nice business mag profile of Deaths Door


    What is interesting is that they source their grain from small Washington island just off Door County, WI

    "....Middleton (WI) into a state-of-the-art distillery capable of producing 100,000 cases a year."


    "White whiskey....mash bill of an 80:20 ratio of organic Washington Island Wheat to organic malted barley from Chilton, Wisconsin... The spirit is then double-distilled up to 160 proof (80% abv).. finished in uncharred Minnesota oak barrels....a smooth double-distilled varietal with vanilla, chocolate covered raisin, and dark cherry flavors."
