I haven't tried this cocktail, but love making new cocktails. It's one of the things that got me into bourbon (in a roundabout way through beer). Hess was always one of my favorite's to watch. I've used his knowledge through videos to dispute some 'friends' who went to bartending school; it's nice to have a trusted, well respected cocktail artist at your fingertips like smallscreennetwork offers!
