What do you think of it? Is it worth it? Anyone know where it's actually distilled?

My name is Joel Goodson. I deal in human fulfillment.
I grossed over eight thousand dollars in one night. Time of your life, huh kid?
It's essentially the same as Bulleit Rye, which costs half as much.

"Whiskey Don't Keep."
Haven't tried the whiskey in a few years but they have a lovely story to go along with it and double the price. Marketing ain't cheap.

That was why I said story and not history.

As noted, it's LDI rye - in the "old days" it was a 6 year old... Not the case anymore.
I will gladly continue the notions that you'd be better off with Bulleit @ about 4 years and 1/2 the price, or even find a Willet 4yr @ 110pr for around $35.
Do some reading on their (hyperbole-ridden) backstory and then decide if you want to pursue it over other LDI derived products.
