Founder's Red Rye PA after an EC12 ... I think I have rye growing out of my ears...

Hopslam with dinner earlier, Mmmm hops!
Bell's Brown Ale and a couple of interesting beers from Terrapin. First, had the Spike and Jerome (Rum Barrel aged Rye Barleywine) -- much more sour than a typical barleywine. Then, had the Terrapin Phlux Capacitor oak aged ale. A lot of wood up front but a nice beer overall. Terrapin is doing good things in Athens, GA.
Picked up a growler of Oberon at Whole Foods this afternoon, and am enjoying it now. I will need to finish this up, take a couple quit hits of OGD 114, and maybe hit myself over the head with a hammer before I go to pick up my MIL for Mother's Day Dinner out...![]()

A 2006 DFH Fort last night along with some OWA.
Best regards, Tony
I picked up a couple of six-packs of Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale while in KY during Sampler, as it has been one of my favorite beers. I am on to my 5th bottle, and it just isn't hitting me right. They all have seemed too dang sweet. I don't remember this excessive sweetness before. I'm sure it's my own palate, and it just isn't agreeing with me and the warmer weather. Maybe, I'll just put the rest away until Fall.

I got into a 2012 Stone Russian Imperial Stout last night...buy them if you find them, quite exceptional. I'm going back for more.
