I like the idea of open it, at least to have a taste. You could even do a side by side tasting with the modern version.

He had a bottle of Old Forrester, but it was open, which I thought was really strange. Since all the stuff is behind plexiglass I had a hard time seeing everything.

I usually cannot wait to taste the dusties I find. I open them and continue to enjoy them over time as my dusty barrel displays.
