"Vodka infused with..." is a pretty elegant way to say "blend" isn't it?

This is making me thirsty for some Beam's Eight Star Vodka Infused With Kentucky Whiskey.

They like to say 'infused with' rather than costs more.

And I am sure they are going to use a "premium" cognac for "infusing"....is it a Vodka infused with Cognac or a Cognac infused with Vodka and does it matter?
Afterall, the website claims it is a "lifestyle". No details...no proportions, no indication of the difference between the White and Black labels, no indication of source etc.

I get this image of them storing barrels of cognac in the same warehouse with the tank of vodka for a spell and calling it 'aged together'.

I will give them this, if they sell enough of it they will have been successful in liberating the club scene drinkers from their "hard earned" money ala Lindsay L and
various Kardashians - so all the best to them in this very commercial enterprise.

Maybe some of us should come up with a "lifestyle" beverage company! Think of the infusions possible. Hire Gary Gillman as master infuser and get on the way to "mega bucks"!
