The ew 1783 is fine stuff as well.

As a recent convert to EW 1783 as a value pour, I have found that "value" varies considerably. In KY, it is $12, in VA it's $14, and in GA, $17. On a percentage basis, that's a huge spread. Availability in MI is a good thing but at $17, I won't be making any special trips to MI. Even from Toledo, that sits right smack on the border.

Lexington comes from the same place as Sam Houston.
