US Women's Olympic Marathoner Collects Whiskey

I taught a few workmates to like whisky and bourbon, and I think they in general have around 8-12 each. Might not be a collection in the eyes of people like you and me, but their wifes think they got more than plenty of whisky :-)

I just started about 2 months ago and I think I have a collection and it's only one 2007 William Larue Weller, 2-2010 GTS, 2-KY Vintage 17, one VW Lot B. It may be a small collection, but it's a start. I do have a makers, WR, and a
EW for guest.

Quality over quantity. Very nice purchases.

Not trying to be a D, but is 15-20 bottles really a "collection?" Sounds more like a regular at home liquor bar to me.

Maybe she's using husband math. Like when I tell my wife I only have 7 or 8 bottles open.

I have a small liquor cabinet and he is a good friend who lives close and has an enormous bar area so he has a lot of my bourbon. I only have about 7-8 bottles at my house at any time. I see him 1-2 times per month and swap stuff out. It is actually nice, like having an off site liquor store where you already own everything and can bring home "new" bottles on a regular basis.
