    That one is a strange Whiskey. My bottling shows no age statement, so it should at least be 4 years, but it tastes much younger. (Maybe they use a #1 Char?) It also tastes like it's a very wide cut. I think I can taste a bit of the tales when I drink it.

    Just made a fat-ass pastrami sandwich and decided to have a nip of Rittenhouse BIB to wash it down. Nice to have a day off, though it would it have better if it hadn't been due to yet another power outage.

    Ritt BIB hard to beat for $20;105 degrees today here in Illinois but the 100 proof rye and ice water is working out just fine this evening!
