Secondhand fart gas is a leading cause of hilarity, you know. To put a stop to this health menace, bills are being written to ban farting in restaurants and bars. The pinto bean lobby has major juice (so to speak) in DC, though, so the bills aren't expected to get passed (so to speak!).
