I had a pour of Lot B today as well, but added a splash of WLW 2012 to up the proof. It wasn't that great at first but got much better as the glass sat. The flavors integrated well toward the end and definitely added some heat to the finish
Having a pour of a private selection EC12, one of my favorites.

I did the same last night, in a manner of speaking. I started out with a few Belgian beers and then moved on to bourbon. First up was a nice pour of "old label" OWA--always a favorite. Then I had a decent pour of '08 WLW with a drop of water which was superb. Finally, I decided to mix the two with a 2:1 ratio of OWA to WLW. Fantastic! Then I fell asleep in my chair with the New York Dolls cranking on the headphones. Those guys were real somnambulists 'cause I was out like a log!![]()
